DevToolbox (devtoolbox.co) is a collection of free, browser-based developer tools operated by Takaya Shirasu (白州隆也). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Client-Side Processing

All tool processing — JSON formatting, Base64 encoding, hash generation, regex testing, and every other tool on this site — happens entirely in your browser. Your input data, files, and secrets are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party service. We have no ability to access, read, or store the data you process with our tools.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated data such as:

• Page views and navigation paths
• Referrer URLs
• Country-level geographic data
• Browser and device type
• Web Vitals performance metrics

Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). For more details, see Vercel's Analytics Privacy Policy.

Cookies

DevToolbox does not set any cookies. Your theme preference (dark/light mode) is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never sent to our servers.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process standard HTTP request data (IP address, user agent) for the purpose of delivering web pages and protecting against abuse. We do not use any other third-party services that collect user data.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain. Vercel Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized; it cannot be used to identify individual users.

Children's Privacy

DevToolbox does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, this applies equally to all age groups.
